1. Roll Coiler Machine (Horizontal)

Features of the 1-roll coiler include:
Rigid frame, follow up roll, feed rolls, oil bath gearbox drive,
entry guide system with pneumatic clutch, and horizontal coiling configurations

2. Expander & Cutting

An operator will manually load a ring coiler onto the tooling.
The operator will press palm buttons to start the expanding and cutting cycle.
The ring coiler will be cut to single ring.
The operator will manually unload the rings from the tooling.

3. Butt Welding Machine

Flash butt welder and flashless resistance butt welder. Equipped with servo hydraulic drive.

4. Trimmer

This slag planer uses a hydraulic oil cylinder to apply force for slag planning with a simple structure and stable working conditions. The planer tool’s position is easily adjustable, and the single cylinder clamping is equipped with a tin bronze guide rail, and multi-point automatic lubrication, while the coil iron filing control is equipped with a slag chip removal mechanism, and quick-change tool holder mechanism.
